Advanced Email Backup is a wonderful backup tool that allows users to save all their important information very easily. The program features a beautiful and very intuitive user interface with a step-by-step wizard that guides its users throughout the different steps of the backup process. With this program, the users can be sure that they have a copy of all their documents, pictures, emails, address book, desktop, among other things. They can also use different types of compression and opt to protect the archive with a password. The users can save backups to a hard disk, CD/DVD, or FTP, and they can customize folder options, shortcuts and updates, and language settings. What is more, the program enables its users to schedule backups at certain time and day of the week (or daily), choosing the type and name of the backup. It even includes a log that shows all the actions that have taken place in the last months. The main window provides a summary that includes the last backup operation, last restore operation, and the next scheduled backup.
